The Message
There is a message in
me. It’s a message so strong that it
oozes itself out of every pore of my being in every breath I take, every word I speak, every thought that passes through my
mind. This message subtly expresses
itself in all of my actions…. And it is ever-present in each still moment.
It is a message of Love and Life, of
gratitude and reverence for this experience of being alive. For every belly laugh, every tear that is
shed, every flower that blooms, and each wave that crashes on the sand.
But this message is not unique to me. This message exists in all Life,
magnificently expressing itself in every way possible through each and every
form, both gross and subtle. It sings its way through all of us. Connecting us, and at the same time creating
a grandiose diversity and other countless paradoxes, which our minds try
desperately to understand and ‘figure out,’ creating what is often known as “The
Human Condition.”
This is also part of the Grand Message:
that Life is a mystery which goes way beyond what a human mind can
comprehend. So all we can do is let Life
flow through us and express itself through us in all these countless ways and
forms, and rest comfortably in the ‘not-knowing’ to somehow, on a deeper level,
know that even this ‘not- knowing’ is part of Life’s Great Song, as well.
These words are simply another of Life’s
divine expression. They are desperate to
flow out of my heart and into the world, not for any sort of self-indulgent
gain, but simply to express the magnificence of All Life as it moves through
this individual form of “me,” and at the same time allowing others to feel its
magic on levels which go way beyond what any word or form could ever encompass.
To convey a very impersonal and Universal message through the lens of a
personal experience.
And if you read
between the lines in every one of these blurbits, I think you will find the
exact same message being expressed through a myriad of different words, thoughts,
experiences, and forms. For this is Life’s
Great Song, expressing itself in infinitely complex ways through all of us:
every drop of rain, every heartache, every flower that blooms, every belly
laugh from a small child. It’s the One
Song, the Uni-verse, singing itself through us in every way possible.
Blessings of peace to
all who read these words. May they
somehow act as a mirror to reflect the deepest parts of your own spirit so that
this Universal message becomes aware of itself through us as we dance through
this incredible experience of being alive, in all its ever-expanding,
ever-complex ways.
